Now is the time to be vigilant and watch for water intrusion. Now that everything is thawing and melting, the water from the roofs/gutters is streaming down and could affect apartments. We are recommending that you have your towels ready and pull stuff away from exterior walls. The water has to go somewhere and, unfortunately, it may be inside your apartment. Please let us know anytime you see a water leak. You may also want to be careful outside as ice may fall from the buildings. THANK YOU!
