😂 People ask me all the time, “How do you do it all?”

🎉🏡 SOLD… and not even Montana could stop it! 🏡🎉

Y’all, this one deserves a celebration! 🍾💜

After more than a month of delays, stress, nail-biting, tears, phone calls, and probably a few sleepless nights (through absolutely no fault of my sellers), we FINALLY got this one across the finish line! 🙌

The best part? These amazing clients had already packed up, moved to Montana, and started living their dream life. 🌄❤️

So when it came time to sign closing documents, did they hop on a plane back to Louisiana?

❌ Nope.

Did we panic?

❌ Nope.

Did we find a mobile notary and have them sign paperwork in a parking lot at her husband’s job just to make the deadline?

✅ ABSOLUTELY WE DID. 😂😂😂

Because here’s the thing…
