Feature Friday with a new team member! Meet Faison Autrey, M.Sc who joined the multifamily management team earlier this year as an Administrative Assistant. Vintage Realty’s multifamily division specializes in developing and managing apartment communities in Louisiana and surrounding southern states. The portfolio includes upscale apartment complexes, mixed-use developments, and community-focused properties. Before joining Vintage, Faison gained extensive administrative and executive support experience over various industries to include the administrative branches of the City of Shreveport Water and Sewer Division and the administrative operations division of Shreveport Fire Department. Born and raised in Shreveport, she returned after serving her country in the United States Army as a Military Police officer (nationally and internationally). Welcome Faison!

North Louisiana Economic Partnership (NLEP) has officially purchased the former Libbey Glass manufacturing complex in Shreveport — a 54-acre, rail-served site with over 850,000 sq. ft. of facilities.

This acquisition is a major step toward revitalizing one of the region’s most visible industrial campuses, preparing it for modern manufacturing jobs and future private-sector investment.

“This is a critical step in advancing Northwest Louisiana’s economic future,” said Justyn Dixon, NLEP President & CEO. “With the right preparation, this site can once again become a source of growth and pride for our community.”
