I am currently serving as the 2021 President of the RAYAC Foundation (a foundation supporting housing-related charities), as have served as Chair of the Hands-on Helper Committee at RAYAC since 2015. I also serve as a board member and fundraising chair for the Hearts for Hunger Food Pantry at Pleasant View Church. Past service includes the RAYAC Board of Directors from 2018-2020. I recognize and appreciate the trust my client places in me. I strive to maintain a personable, open, and honest approach to every transaction and work tirelessly to make sure my clients are put at ease throughout the entire process. I develop individualized marketing plans and always work to negotiate the best deal for my clients. I have been married since 1992, and my husband and I still live on the same street I grew up on. We have three wonderful sons together, and in recent years, we have welcomed three beautiful granddaughters and an adorable grandson into our lives. When I am not busy selling real estate, I enjoy riding bicycles, camping, shopping, cookouts, and game nights with my family. I’m a little late on my posting from last week!

As most of you know, I ❤️ working with first-time buyers and Justin & Katie were no exception… always a fun time! 🏡🎉

Katie has a thing for 4-leaf clovers 🍀 and somehow managed to find one the very first day we looked at the house… and then found a HUGE one on settlement day! I’d say that’s a pretty good sign! ✨

When we originally toured the home, we wanted to measure an opening, but of course I didn’t have a tape measure with me 🤦‍♀️… so I had to get creative and literally lay on the floor to make sure it was 5 feet wide(because that’s about how tall I am) 😂 Needless to say, they gifted me a tape measure at closing so I’m officially prepared from now on! 📏🤣

Wishing them both a lifetime of happiness, memories, and lucky moments their beautiful new home!
