There’s something really special about helping people design the next chapter of their lives from the ground up ✨

I’m so excited for my buyers, a wonderful couple retiring from Michigan, who are officially pending on their new construction home in Lakeside at Sunstone in Wellen Park.

He spent his career as a corporate chef for Merrill Lynch in New Jersey, so it’s no surprise that one of the first things he envisioned was an outdoor kitchen where he can grill year-round. Finding a gas community was incredibly important to them, and Lakeside at Sunstone checked that box perfectly. Meanwhile, his wife is already dreaming about relaxing afternoons in their future pool under the Florida sun.

Some of my favorite moments in real estate are helping people transition into the next chapter of their lives. My newest pending listing in Esplanade Golf & Country Club belongs to wonderful sellers who are seniors and preparing for their next move after enjoying everything this community has to offer.
