i believe that when you’re prepared, informed, and clear on what you’re working toward… things can start to line up in your favor, almost out of nowhere

and sure, some people call that luck 🌈

but don’t confuse someone’s win or milestone you see online with just luck

because what you’re not seeing are the months (or years) behind the scenes—hard work, setbacks, persistence, frustration, and everything in between

🏡 the same goes for homeownership

every “lucky” homeowner has a story, a reason, and their own path to get there

it usually looks like late-night number crunching, tough conversations, lost offers, and a whole lot of saving and sacrificing

so when it finally happens…

it might look like luck

but it’s anything but 😉

Yesterday I FINALLY sat down did the thing I’ve been “meaning to do.” — largely in part because of the lovely

Too many times have I had conversations with people who “wish they started sooner” so if you’re on the fence or just the tiniest bit curious about what a move may look like or entail…
