The typical employee goes to work every day knowing exactly how their co-workers operate. As Realtors, that's not our reality! 🤝

Every transaction brings together different agents, different personalities, different communication styles, and different ways of doing business. 🔄

One piece of advice I would give to every fellow Realtor: **PLEASE COMMUNICATE!** 📱💬📧

✅ Communicate with your clients.
✅ Communicate with the other agent(s).
✅ Communicate when things are going well.
✅ Communicate when challenges arise.
