As part of my real estate career, I have been working on building my property management portfolio. I have a passion for real estate and even more for using real estate as a wealth building tool (rental properties). So I get very excited when friends, family and clients decide to invest in rental properties also 🎉.
I get all kinds of questions because people know I have experience in this area and while it is intimidating to most, I love rentals! So please keep me in mind if you decide to take the leap. I can help you find and buy a rental property as a realtor, making sure you have room for a good profit. I can be your property manager so all you have to do is sit back and collect a monthly check. Or, I can simply give you advice.

1) I can become your property manager if you already are a landlord and just let you step back if you want to be less involved.
2) Need to find a tenant? I can step in and help here. This is the hardest part in my opinion and I will help w**d through all the people and give you the best options to choose from (yes, you get to make the final decisions).
3) Want to find a rental property 🏘 with potential? I can help here too! I will search for homes that make good rentals (there are certain things I look for), I can help direct you to good lenders if financing is involved, and I can show you your profit range to weigh your options.
4) Don't know all the laws or have your paperwork in order? That's my job! Tenants have rights and it is my job to keep you out of trouble.
5) Do you need a lease📄? My brokerage provides a lease at no charge and we keep track of your annual income so you simply turn over your tax sheet at the end of the year.
