A little late but here’s some house prep advice. I used to build new homes in Canada so I had to deal with this kind of thing all the time.
1) Sprinkler system - there are tons of videos being posted on how to drain the water, here’s one... https://youtu.be/qtIrdiVrooU
I bought an insulated bag on Amazon and am disappointed. Would be better off with an insulated cooler bag and tying it closed. Cover any exposed pipe with a towel, pool noodles, or anything that can insulate.
2) Outdoor kitchens - I think if you have one you need to let the water run a little at tonight and tomorrow night.
3) Hose bibs - my old plumber in Canada said they needed to be protected anywhere below 27 degrees (I did a Celsius to Fahrenheit conversion for you). We are supposed to get that tonight or tomorrow night. I have little covers I bought from Amazon but am thinking amount letting the water run instead tomorrow night when it’s really cold. These are the biggest concern IMO - if they burst there’s a good chance it will be inside your wall possibly flooding your house.
4) Water shutoff in your yard - I used insulation. If yours is full of water don’t use insulation but old towels or something. If you have the water running through the night anywhere this will probably be okay.
5) Water shutoff - if it’s in the garage there’s some concern here, especially if water isn’t running. I have a water softener beside it and plan to have it recharge tonight and tomorrow night. A little heater would be great here if you have one or insulate the best you can.

A lot more tennis and pickleball coming to Sienna plus some needed outdoor covered basketball. New parks coming including a big one from the HOA on Waters Lake Blvd near the fire station. Updates on all the residential and commercial developments plus road improvements happening in and around Sienna. The Sienna Town Center might finally come to fruition but there's no movement on the HEB expected at Sienna Parkway & Waters Lake north.
