Couldn’t be more proud of this twin boy mama and all the hard work she has put in to stay committed, dedicated and driven to help others!!!

She had a ton of excuses.... here’s what she had to say:

“I always had the EXCUSES of I DONT HAVE TIME, its too hard, I'm too tired, do not have the money, do not like to workout, do not want to go to the gym, home work outs are not going to work, do not want to hurt myself again etc. BUT then I was over the EXCUSES and wanted the CHANGE! The programs I use now is whatever mood I want it to be & the awesome part is I can take them ANYWHERE!

The best part is I am a part of a virtual community that holds me accountable along with my wife AND NO judgment! ALWAYS ENCOURAGEMENT!”

Now her and wife Nikki are out on a mission to help others get started too. They are awesome coaches to have on the team and I couldn’t be more proud of the lives they are inspiring!!🤩

“I don’t have time.” It’s the excuse I hear all the time. Heck, it’s the excuse I gave myself for years.

Let’s be real. We have time, even if it’s just 20 minutes. We just lack the motivation to do it.

One day you will say “enough is enough” I’m just going to DO it!”

And you will.

The journey will be full of ups, downs and all arounds but I PROMISE if you stay consistent.... even at 20 minutes a day the transformation you will see (as slow as it may be🙋🏼‍♀️) will be worth it.🌟
