Meet Attorney Eric C. Fleming
Founder | Real Estate Attorney | Florida Native

Eric C. Fleming founded The Law Offices of Eric C. Fleming, P.A. in 2012 with a mission to offer smart, accessible legal services with a personal touch. A fifth-generation Florida native, Eric brings deep local insight and more than a decade of real estate law experience to the Sarasota community.

He earned his J.D. and MBA from Stetson University and graduated Cum Laude from USF with a B.A. in Business Management and a minor in Leadership Studies. Before becoming an attorney, Eric gained firsthand experience in commercial construction, real estate finance, and complex real estate litigation — giving him a unique edge that clients trust.
