✨ TWO CLOSINGS. TWO NEW HOMEOWNERS. ONE VERY BLESSED REALTOR. 🏡❤️
Yesterday was one of those days that reminds me why I LOVE what I do!
🌴 Lena & Brie moved from Ohio to Florida about a year ago and were ready to become homeowners again. After a few hiccups and a deal that didn’t work out months ago, we found the perfect home — an amazing backyard oasis, plenty of space for their animals, AND the sellers paid for a new roof and water heater! 🐾🏡
Then in the afternoon, I got to celebrate Lenaoria becoming a FIRST-TIME HOMEOWNER! 🎉 She fell in love with her condo in the S**o District, and with some great negotiations, the seller covered most of her closing costs. She walked into homeownership with just $10k out of pocket and a mortgage payment around what she was already paying in rent! 🙌🏼
Seeing their faces when they signed those papers and realized, “This is MY home!” was priceless. 🥹❤️
Two different journeys. Two beautiful milestones. Two sets of keys. 🔑🔑
