Artificial turf never looked so good.

My client told me they wanted to replace their sod with artificial turf. They had previous bids but the contractor just wasn’t moving on it.

Then I came into the picture.

In less than two months, I was able to procure a bid that saved them almost $10k from the original contractor, confirm scope so there were no costly change orders, and get the project done, thanks to my subcontractors. Another beautiful project in the books!

Waterfront Homes: Why Maintenance Is Different

Waterfront homes face unique challenges.

Salt air accelerates corrosion, UV exposure breaks down finishes, sealants, and materials.

Moisture and wind increase wear on exterior systems, so docks, boats, and outdoor furniture require more frequent care.

Salt and sun are often the silent killers of coastal properties. Proactive maintenance helps prevent expensive surprises.

Ask about our customized maintenance recommendations for waterfront properties.

Even excellent landscaping companies can miss developing problems. Regular landscaping audits help catch:

- Fungus and disease
- Insect damage
- Dead or declining plants
- Hazardous tree limbs
- Irrigation leaks or failures
- Well filter maintenance needs

Early detection is usually far less expensive than replacing mature landscaping later.

Protect your curb appeal and landscape investment with regular property audits.
