These buyers were referred to me in October as they prepared to relocate from California for a new job opportunity here in Chattanooga. Moving across the country with a family is no small task, and I was so grateful they trusted me to help guide the process.
When they visited in October, we spent several days touring rentals to find something that would make their transition as smooth as possible. We were able to secure a great option that allowed them to move with ease and feel settled while we planned their next step.
In December, they reached back out and said they were ready to start looking for a home to buy. I wasn’t expecting it to happen so quickly, but it ended up being such a fun way to close out 2025!
A few weeks into the search, we found the perfect fit — and by February 5th, they were closing on their new home.
Helping families navigate big transitions like this is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. So thankful to have been part of their journey to call Chattanooga home.
