Winter weather is about to blow into Southeast Missouri, and a little preparation now can go a long way in protecting your home. Here are a few simple but important tips to help you weather the storm:

• Let faucets drip during the coldest temperatures
• Open cabinet doors under sinks so warm air can reach the pipes
• Keep your heat set to a steady temperature, day and night
• Disconnect outdoor hoses and cover exterior spigots
• If you’ll be away, have someone check on your home
• Check on your neighbors to see if they need any help

We don’t get weather like this often, but when we do, it’s best to be prepared. Stay warm, stay safe, and enjoy the snow! 🏡❄️

Today marks 5 years in real estate 🏡

God has been faithful in every part of my journey, and I’m beyond grateful for the clients who trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives—whether listing their home for sale or helping them buy one. I’m proud of the growth, the hustle, and the relationships built along the way.
