🏡 SELLER SIDE SOLD!

I could probably write a book about everything it took to get this one to the closing table. 😂

This transaction was anything but ordinary. There were unexpected hurdles, a much longer timeline than any of us anticipated, and plenty of things that had to be worked through along the way.

But this one is also a perfect example of why relationships matter so much in real estate.
They were absolutely awesome to work with, and I appreciate the patience, communication, and trust they gave me to keep working toward the finish line when things got complicated.

Anybody can put a sign in the yard. The real work sometimes comes after the contract is signed by staying engaged, communicating clearly, solving problems, coordinating everyone involved, and refusing to lose sight of the end goal.

Yesterday, we finally got to put SOLD on this one. 🙌

This one was a journey. There were unexpected hurdles, delays, plenty of phone calls, and more than a few moments where we all wondered when we were finally going to make it to the closing table. 😂

But yesterday, we got to watch a first-time homebuyer become a HOMEOWNER, and seeing the emotion and excitement on her face made every bit of it worth it.
