Real estate isn’t just opening doors and writing contracts.
That’s the part everyone sees.

• Following up with lenders, title, and underwriters (again… and again)
• Negotiating repairs and timelines
• Tracking deadlines so nothing falls through the cracks
• Reviewing documents and disclosures to stay compliant and protect my clients
