We are moving to a new location at 1621 Silver Heights Blvd. Our phones will be down for a few hours while they transfer service to the new location but it should be up and running by the end of the day! A little recap on the current market - as of today February 24th, there are 74 active residential properties in our MLS. If you narrow the search to Silver City (within city limits), there are 17 homes for sale! Currently there are 85 properties under contract waiting to close. It continues to be a seller's market so if you are interested in selling, let's talk!

There are still plenty of buyers in the market but the issue is inventory! As of today January 25th, there are 61 site built homes on the market in our MLS - if you narrow that down to within city limits there are only 20! And only 14 of those 20 are under $300,000. Currently there are 83 properties under contract - which means they are working through the closing process. So if you are thinking of selling your home, this is the time to list it. However, you need to have a plan. We'd be happy to discuss options with you!!
