Have you been waiting for the perfect time to buy a home? If so, I have a real estate secret to share.

There is no perfect time.

And with interest rates creeping up -- Fannie Mae predicts that they'll average around 3.4% in 2022 -- sooner is probably better than later. Especially since home prices are also still rising steadily, if a bit more slowly than over the past few years.
