Mortgage Interest Rates are falling. Averaging 6.3% today and falling back to 2024 levels. Additionally, the Federal Reserve meets tomorrow and Wednesday to consider further interest rate cuts. Opportunities to purchase will be better than they've been for quite a while.

***As with any new rollout there will likely be updates during the process. Please message me here or email/text if you'd like to get updates. This will be a huge undertaking to get all of the properties into the portal.

🚨🚨DC Housing Providers:

DC will soon implement a new Rental Registry. Starting June 2, housing providers will be required to register their rental properties with DCHD's new Rent Registry. Even if your property is already with the DCHD system you will be required to Re-Register. With all the data in one place there will be efficiencies for all parties for data, filings, and data collection for policy and legislative decision making.

Once the portal opens on June 2nd you will have 90 days to get your properties registered. This is an entirely online system. After the portal is up and running all documentation will be digital. There will be a variety of supporting documents that you need to provide with your registration. As with any new rollout there will likely be a variety of updates during the process. Please message me here or email/text if you'd like to get updates. This will be a big undertaking to get all rental units into the portal.
