Nakia Evans is what happens when 24+ years of real estate experience, big vision, zero patience for excuses, and an excessive amount of energy decide to form a company.

She’s a REALTOR®, broker, coach, trainer, speaker, entrepreneur, recruiter, event experience creator, mentor, and apparently someone who believes sleep is optional when there is a goal to accomplish.

Based between Charlotte and the DMV, Nakia has built a career helping people buy, sell, build, lead, grow, and occasionally get their life together.

She has sold real estate.

Built teams.
Recruited agents.
Trained agents.
Coached leaders.
Led associations.
Spoken on stages.
Built businesses.
Moved companies.
Started over.
Started again.
