Took advantage of the sunny day yesterday and had a great time out in Bainbridge Island with the fam! We had a late lunch at Cafe Hitchcock and the food did not disappoint.

Dads Order:
The Cuban B Sandwich
-Hands down my new favorite menu item. I definitely recommend asking for lots of napkins because this sandwich comes absolutely LOADED with juicy mojo pork roast and smoked ham on perfectly crafted house made focaccia bread. Messy...but worth every penny and every bite.

Mom's order:
Nashville Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich
-I absolutely love that this sandwiches flavor comes from a high quality dry rub and not just some sort of spicy sauce added on top. It was tender, juicy and the turmeric pickles perfectly complimented the chicken. This is also a messy one though! They do not skimp out on the chicken one bit so ask for napkins!

Milo's order:
French fries
- They are baby certified and absolutely delicious with the house made aioli. These fries reminded me of the county fair with the perfect amount of salt and a little bit of that potato skin left on. We all ate way too many of them!

Overall a great day and we will be coming back to Cafe Hitchcock again!
