If you haven’t tried Oxalis Kitchen yet, add it to your list! They’re only open Wednesday–Saturday, but everything feels so fresh, intentional, and yummy. 🤍

Honest review though — it’s definitely a small business vibe, so keep in mind seating and parking are limited. But honestly, that’s part of the charm. 🌿

When it comes to touring homes, how much information should be shared on social media?

👀 Buyers:
Are you comfortable with your agent disclosing which homes you’re touring? Or would you rather that information stay private until you decide whether or not you’re interested?

🏡 Agents:
Do you wait until you know your buyers aren’t interested before sharing showing info? Or do you openly share regardless?

There’s definitely different opinions on this in real estate, and I’d love to hear where you stand! ⬇️
