Good morning! Our final benefit that we will talk about in regard to having a buyer's agent, is about having their help and expertise from contract to close. Having an agent who is personally available to you to help from the moment you start looking at homes to the moment you close on a home is necessary. A buyer's agent is able to not only help you find a home but will also be there to walk you through the whole process. Buying a home comes with a lot of paperwork and deadlines that need to be met. Criteria has to be filled out, filed, and met correctly for the home sale to go through. Having a dedicated buyer's agent helps make the process go smoothly. Ensuring all of the deadlines and criteria are met along with informing and teaching the buyer how and why things have to be done a certain way. Educating the buyer is a valuable skill and job of a buyer's agent. Answering questions before they even form is a great way to help the buyer feel confident with the buying process. After an offer on a home is accepted the process becomes more complicated with inspections and timelines. After mutual acceptance the typical closing timeframe is between 20-60 days, with 30 being the most common. Having a dedicated buyer's agent with the knowledge and experience with the buying process helps to take the stress and unneeded worry out of the buying process.
