Just Sold! ✨

I am so happy to have helped these first-time home buyers close on their dream home! When we first spoke, they were feeling disheartened after trying to build a home on vacant land. They had been pre-approved for a construction loan and had a model home identified, but the costs to build were stacking up. After switching gears and getting approved for a residential home loan, the property search was able to begin.

And what do we find? The same model home that they were trying to build was already built and ready to buy! Still, it came in a little over budget, but through negotiation we were able to get the price down into their range and even got a little bit of closing costs. Not to mention all the support they got from their family, it was a true collaboration to get them into this home! I am so proud of them for pushing through every obstacle and making it to the finish line, even when it wasn't easy they persisted and have a beautiful home to show for it!

Just Sold! ✨

It was an absolute pleasure to help this buyer find this special home in Ocean Park! It didn’t happen all at once, it took feeling out a couple of locations and a lot of patience from the buyer to find the right fit. When we first found this one, there was a lot of work to be done and the price didn’t quite fit. The buyer was willing to wait and watch the market, so I kept in contact with the agent while some major repairs were being completed.

A couple months go by, and I get the call that significant work has been completed, along with a price drop. The buyer was able to swoop in with a beautiful winning offer! Sometimes all it takes is patience, and great communication. I cannot wait to see how this buyer finishes up this blank canvas, I truly believe they found the perfect home!

It was such a pleasure to help these buyers as they set roots in WA state. They had been tentitively looking for a while, and had done a lot of upfront work and research into finding a home that fit their criteria. When the time came they were ready to hit the ground running, and after just a couple of weeks found the one! It took some creative solutions to find a home that worked for their multi-generational family, and this home really stood out. So happy for them in finding such a great fit!

A couple of weeks ago we had the pleasure of taking the newest addition to Poulsbo around Liberty Bay!

The "Poulsbo Viking ship" is the Valkyrie, a 56-foot replica of a 1,000-year-old Norwegian Viking ship that now calls Poulsbo home. Built over 13 years by shipwright Jay Smith and volunteers, the ship is designed to honor Nordic heritage and offers paid excursions on the Salish Sea. The Valkyrie was recently certified by the U.S. Coast Guard and is available for tours and historical experiences.
