STEVEN BOE is a successful businessman, accomplished artist, and dedicated family man. He is proud of his deep Kitsap County roots, where his ancestors have lived and raised their families since the late 1800s. He and his wife, whom he met in Edmonds in 1990, live in Silverdale where they are raising their two young children. After majoring in pro
duction design for theatre at California State University Long Beach, Steven and his wife founded Imaginal Cells FilmWorks, a Los Angeles production company. In addition to working on multi-million dollar studio and network projects, he also produced and directed several films including the award-winning Mythic Journeys, featuring Mark Hamill, Tim Curry, and Deepak Chopra. Using his business experience and technical acumen, Steven expanded his company to include social media marketing and created Alpha Dog Online, a consulting firm for corporate clients. As a young man in Seattle, he worked as an assistant for a well-known land use attorney. Most of Steven’s real estate knowledge comes from working over the years with his father, a real estate attorney in Kitsap County. Steven is passionate about giving back to his community and being in service to others. He was on the board of The Brittany Foundation, an all-breed dog rescue, where he fostered and rehabilitated neglected and homeless dogs; earned his certification in Early Teen Development to volunteer and teach for O.W.L., a non-profit, educational outreach program working with faith organizations and schools in the Los Angeles Area; and established a local chapter of the Institute of Noetic Sciences to promote the study of mythology and cross-cultural dialogue. Excited to follow in his father’s successful footsteps in real estate, Steven is eager to build new relationships within the Kitsap community to help others buy or sell their homes. He is resourceful, calm under pressure, and adept at handling complex negotiations, all while maintaining a positive attitude and light-hearted sense of humor.
