It’s getting close to November 1, and that means that for those that have the blessing of Owning your home, it’s time to pay 1 of the 2 tax installment payments on your home. If it’s included in your mortgage, that’s great just always keep an eye out to make sure your payments are being processed.

If you’ve paid your mortgage and have the Next level of privilege of Owning, you might have received already your bill to pay the 1st installment or if you can pay both in advance .

Btw, the second installment is due April 1st, so keep those dates in mind.
