Today marks 20 years since those horrendous moments on 9/11 that changed the course of history for our great nation.
We’re forever indebted to our first responders and individual American heroes, civilian and military, for their selfless acts of service at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and aboard Flight 93. We must recognize the enduring sacrifice of families indelibly affected and those that have continued to support loved ones that serve our country.
We lost many that reflected the absolute best of us.
For all our U.S. troops that have served stateside and in oversea deployments since that fateful day, I thank you immensely for your enduring bravery, sacrifice and dedication on the frontlines in defense of our freedoms.
I'm so proud of the service of our men and women in our U.S. military.
May we all be inspired to live up to the amazing examples of these heroes. Let’s not ever forget the individual sacrifices that have been taken to make this nation so great.
