I want to tell you a little bit about us and our experience, so you can get to know who we are. I started my law enforcement career at the age of 21, in the city of Visalia, California. During my 4 1/2 year career there I worked patrol, K-9, Motorcycle duty, S.W.A.T. and also did many neighborhood watch presentations. I left Visalia P.D. and joined the California Highway Patrol where I spent the n
ext 24 1/2 years in the Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. I held many different positions with the CHP which included patrol, Drug Recognition Training, Homeland Security Liaison, Detectives and Commercial Enforcement. I promoted through the ranks and retired as a Captain in 2012. My wife Cathy also worked for the California Highway Patrol for 20 years. She worked as a Patrol Officer, a Hit and Run Investigator and a Background Investigator. I moved to Simi Valley in 1999 when Cathy and I got married. Cathy has lived in Simi Valley almost her entire life. We have 3 children. I have coached soccer, baseball, basketball and coordinated the Junior Olympics for Township Elementary. We were both involved in scouting while both of our sons went through the ranks achieving Eagle Scout. Cathy has served many different positions on various PTA/PTSA boards, taught religious education at our church and been team mom for numerous sports teams. So why real estate? We have purchased several rental properties, in different states as well as California, and while going through the process thought “we could do this”. We were drawn into this side of the business because we enjoy helping and serving people. We will give you the same professionalism and dedication we gave to the people in the State of California during our law enforcement careers.
