Appreciate all of the referrals from group members to all of our Airbnb properties throughout the upstate. One thing to remember is that we are not traditional landlords who do traditional 12 month leases or even month to month leases. We don't have anything for $1,000 a month $1,200 a month or even $1,500 a month.
Our properties are set up and optimized for STR (Short Term Rental) mainly on the Airbnb platform.
Because of this our rates are slightly higher than what a traditional landlord or management company would charge. Also YES we are a "Private Landlord" meaning that we are not some big corporately owned outfit but it does not mean that we are not going to check your background and your credit, verify your income and require you to be vetted before we place you in one of our properties.
The only way around the lease the background check the credit check the income verification and a security deposit would be if you book it and pay for it through Airbnb and follow their terms of service.
YES Airbnb is slightly more expensive but they also offer you the tenant /guest protection and not just the host / landlord.

No rental application fee
A fully furnished home
NO SECURITY DEPOSIT
Electricity is included
Water is included
Internet / Wi-Fi is included
Garbage pickup is included
Lawn cutting is included
We have washers and dryers in the units
We provide toiletries like a hotel and free coffee.
We believe that our rates are fair and reasonable based on all these things mentioned. If you feel that we are too expensive or too high perhaps STR/Airbnb is not the right fit for you and you should be talking to a long-term landlord. We can recommend some landlords and management companies in the area if Airbnb is not right for you.
