📈 GREENVILLE COUNTY REAL ESTATE UPDATE!

The latest numbers are in, and we’re definitely seeing the market continue to shift!

🏡 BUYERS — there’s some good news. Inventory is growing, which means more homes to choose from, more time to make decisions, and potentially more room to negotiate. Now, these interest rates are still doing their thing 😭😂… but the market itself is creating some opportunities.

Here’s what caught our attention 👀:

📍 Simpsonville and Taylors saw prices increase.

Meanwhile, Greenville city limits, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, Travelers Rest, Easley, and Greer saw declines.

And THAT is why we tell people — REAL ESTATE IS LOCAL! What’s happening in Simpsonville may be completely different from what’s happening 20 minutes down the road.

Countywide, active single-family listings increased 6.1%, and inventory climbed to 4.05 months of supply.

🔥 BUYERS: More inventory can mean more options and negotiating power.

🔥 SELLERS: You can absolutely still sell, but throwing a price on the house and hoping somebody bites isn’t the strategy. Pricing, presentation, marketing, and positioning matter!

The opportunities are still out here. You just need to understand the market and have a game plan.
