🏡 Getting to Know Me — Your Local REALTOR®

For me, real estate has always been about more than houses. It’s about people, relationships, community, and helping others move into the next chapter of their lives.

Simsbury and Connecticut have been home to me for 47 years, ever since I moved here in 7th grade. This is the community where my husband and I met, built our life together, and raised our two children—and now we’re incredibly excited to be soon-to-be grandparents! ❤️

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me traveling, spending time at the beach—especially at our new happy place on Cape Cod—reading a good book, enjoying live music (with Dave Matthews always at the top of my concert list 🎶), or simply spending time with our dear friends and family.

Giving back to the community I love is also an important part of who I am. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to serve Simsbury in many ways, including on the Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center Board of Directors, as Chair of the Town of Simsbury’s Charter Revision Commission, as Co-Chair of Simsbury’s 350th Celebration, and as an active volunteer at my church.

And then there’s real estate. 🏠 After more than two decades as a REALTOR®, I can truly say this has never felt like “just a job.” I genuinely love what I do. There is nothing better than helping buyers find the place they’ll call home or guiding sellers through the emotions and decisions that come with moving on to their next chapter.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to receive awards and achieve rankings that I’m proud of—but for me, success has never been about the awards I’ve won or where I rank. What matters most is how my clients feel about the experience they had working with me and the trust they placed in me.

One of the greatest compliments—and honors—I can receive is when a past client refers a family member, friend, neighbor, or colleague to me. I never take that trust for granted. When someone recommends me to a person they care about, I know they are putting their own reputation behind that recommendation, and that means more to me than any award ever could. ❤️

I bring local market expertise, strong negotiation skills, patience, compassion, attention to detail, and consistent communication to every transaction. But most importantly, I listen and I care. Every client has a different story, different goals, and different needs, and they deserve to feel supported from our first conversation through the closing—and long after.

After 51 years of memories, turning the page on a family home is never easy. I’m incredibly grateful to my seller and their family for trusting me to guide them through the sale of a home that has meant so much to them for so many years.
