A groundbreaking event was held for the Isabella Square Affordable Housing Development.

We are so excited for this project to begin!

The Sioux City Council approved a funding agreement for construction of 11 affordable homes at the former site of West Middle School. The city's directing $1.7 million in federal Home Investment Partnership funding to Dan Hiserote who will build the homes.
