🚨🚨Closing Day! 🚨🚨
Congratulations to Austin and Kirstyn Ryan! They are officially homeowners! A few months ago, we had an opportunity to tour a handful of homes built by several different builders in a variety of locations. In the end they found an eastside gem with plenty of space for themselves and their guests, a massive covered deck to enjoy additional outdoor living space, and an impressive backyard to give their dog Charlie some room to explore. Also, thanks to a current surplus of new construction homes, we were able to negotiate a couple items to make the deal even sweeter.
