As Broker & Owner of Cascade Real Estate, I bring a personalized approach in the way I conduct business with my clients. This is not just a transactional business. To me, it's about understanding YOU, bringing my expertise, Midwest rooted work ethic, and moving with intent, purpose, and a servant's heart to reach the goals and objectives of my buyer and/or seller clients.
In my seventh year as a South Dakota Licensed Real Estate agent, and now Broker, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in residential, commercial, & land, with sales transactions as far north as the Watertown area, West toward Mitchell, South to Vermillion, with numerous communities in between.
I look forward to getting to know your family, and I'd like to introduce mine as well. I am married to my beautiful bride, Mary, who works in retail management. My oldest son, Evan, studies Architecture at South Dakota State. My youngest son, Kaden, is a HS senior and will study Physics at Creighton next fall. We have three Boxer dogs and are passionate about animal rescue. In my spare time, I am a proud Mason and Shriner, and enjoy our volunteer work, brotherhood, and family friends made through El Riad as we help support this tremendous philanthropy. I also enjoy music (jazz, blues, gospel, & 70s rock) and playing a variety of instruments, the great game of baseball, gardening, and fishing.
I'm proud to be the grandson of a Realtor and Appraiser, carrying on the excellence and service set forth by my grandfather.
