You don't need to have a timeline in mind to start working with a real estate agent.
Several times a week my schedule is booked with what I call *Mini Consults*
This is what happens at those meetings:
1. We hop on a 15 min call.
2. We chat about your real estate goals.
3. I answer any questions about the process.
4. We talk timing - you could be ready to start now or 2 years out. (Both normal).
