We are continuing our work on the patio and outdoor coffee bar and hope to finish that fun little addition in the coming weeks. Thanks for following along for the journey!

We will be finishing up with historic restoration of a 1906 grocery store in the Cathedral Historic District, then moving on to other fun and exciting projects. The floors in Halbach I Szwarc Law Firm turned out perfectly. White oak with two coats of clear is the perfect recipe for this modern space. How about that white oak ceiling feature? A custom white oak shelving feature will divide the space to finish out this modern office space. Only a few weeks until move in!

The hardwood floor install started today at our project on Grange Avenue. These beautiful white oak floors really warm up the space. We are excited to welcome Halbach I Szwarc Law Firm as our second floor tenant in this beautiful space. I just love it when the details start coming together after many months of hard work. I can’t wait to show you some of the other exciting finishing details that will be added to this space.
