We did it! After many months of house hunting, we found the perfect home!🏠
Honestly, a part of me wishes our search wasn’t over. We had so much fun, and I basically got adopted by the family along the way- mom, grandma & grandpa, uncle, siblings, girlfriend…I’m pretty sure if the search went on any longer, I’d be invited to Thanksgiving. 😆 This is the best part of being a realtor. The people, the relationships, and occasionally becoming an honorary family member. Total win-win!

It’s a BUYER’S MARKET!
I’ve been telling my own kids (who are renting and still deciding when to buy) that this is a GREAT time to start looking. Many sellers have been sitting and waiting all winter. Now they’re negotiating and many have already lowered their prices, sometimes more than once. When spring hits and more buyers jump back in, competition will heat up again.
Right now, Buyers have leverage!
