I couldn’t image a better home to showcase the Sioux Falls housing market than this beauty on the downtown scene! I’ve seen neighborhoods changing before my very eyes in this area with the gentrification movement in full force. 🏡💕

Oh & of course, I for sure love the fact that they used my client’s beautiful 1890 home to showcase this housing trend! I met so many people renting in the downtown area while hosting the open houses. The downtown area is alive & changing!

The Sioux Falls housing market saw an uptick of activity in April, counter to national numbers.
