The inspection came back, and there’s an expensive problem. 😬

That’s usually when I tell my clients, let’s not panic. Let’s figure out exactly what we’re dealing with first.

How serious is it? What might it cost to repair? What options do we have in the purchase agreement? Once we have the facts, we can decide what makes sense and negotiate from there. 🔍

Sometimes an inspection issue is a deal breaker. Sometimes it isn’t. The important part is knowing the difference.
