Who Am I?

Rachel Nelson knew she wanted to run her own business at the age of 5. Living in Washington D.C. with her parents, both Air Force Veterans, and brother, she learned quickly what it took to be a leader, doer, and achiever. In 1998, her family retired to the town of Sioux Falls, SD. Her father became the broker of one of the most prestigious real estate companies in town. This built the ideal foundation for her eventual career in real estate.

Over the course of the next 15 years, she became involved in various business leadership opportunities. Throughout this time, her parents continued to instill the value of commitment, collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. These values continue to drive her in her real estate business.

While studying for her degree at South Dakota State University, Rachel worked as a Resident Advisor in the dorms. She was consistently sought after for advice in how to live with others, created community, and dared her residents to dream bigger for their lives! In the last months of her college career, Rachel began real estate classes and on graduation day completed the final day of coursework for her license.

After this day, she went on to rent her first home in Parkston, SD. She soon moved back to the Sioux Falls area and has held residency ever since.
