Join us in welcoming Kelly Greer to the Alpine family! Kelly Greer brings more than 20 years of real estate experience, with a background spanning residential real estate, multifamily housing, real estate development, and new construction.
Kelly has been involved in the real estate industry since 2005 and has held real estate licenses in North Dakota, Minnesota, and South Dakota. He currently holds his Broker’s license, bringing extensive industry knowledge and a well-rounded understanding of the buying, selling, development, and construction process.
In addition to his real estate career, Kelly is a current partner with Copper Creek Construction, a Sioux Falls area home builder specializing in custom homes. His involvement in construction and development gives him a unique perspective when helping clients evaluate properties, understand building opportunities, and make informed real estate decisions.
With experience on multiple sides of the industry from brokerage and multifamily housing to development and custom home construction Kelly brings a practical, knowledgeable approach to real estate and a strong understanding of what goes into a property beyond the transaction itself.

📊 Sioux Empire Market Update!

The market continues to show some interesting shifts. Sold listings are down from both last month and this time last year, but homes are moving a little faster—with average days on market dropping to 78 days, compared to 86 last month and 85 this time last year. Pending listings are up from last month, while active listings have also increased month-over-month, though they remain significantly below this time last year. Overall, the market is showing a mix of trends worth watching! 🏡
