Responsible for the day to day cleanliness of 3 downtown buildings public areas, including bathrooms, hallways, windows, exterior areas, etc. May also include some painting, light electrical, light plumbing. Will include cleaning lofts after move outs getting them ready for the next tenants. We can TRAIN for all aspects of the job. MUST BE RELIABLE AND ON TIME EVERY DAY! These are professional business locations that include residential lofts. Pay would be dependent on experience, but hours can be adjusted and flexible if needed. Regular start would be 8am to 330pm with a 30 min lunch Monday - Friday. Occasional evening or weekend may be needed in an emergency or need arises. Pay is DOE. We are an EOE.
