According to a recent survey, 41% of buyers who waited for mortgage rates to drop before buying say they regret waiting.

The reality is, there are a LOT of factors impacting interest rates, and there’s no guarantee a big drop is right around the corner. Rates could fall, stay where they are, or even move higher.

That doesn’t mean you need to rush out and buy a house today. You should buy when it truly makes sense for you. 🙌

But instead of sitting on the sidelines waiting for a certain number, talk with a trusted lender. Find out what rate you could qualify for, what programs or strategies may be available, and what a monthly payment would actually look like.

You might decide to wait—and that’s completely okay. The important part is making that decision because you know your options, not because you’re trying to predict what rates will do next. 🏡🔑

A little extra attention at the end can help make for a smooth handoff to the new homeowners!
