You see a "Just Sold" post...

But that post doesn't capture the behind the scenes of the process. This home was listed and under contract very shortly after. The sellers accepted an offer with a home sale contingency. Two weeks after we accepted the offer, the buyer's home sale fell through and we had to go back on the market as an "active" listing. A few days later, the same buyers were able to get their home under contact again so we were back to "sale pending". And as of today, we are SOLD!😅🎉

I just sold this townhome in Sioux Falls! I met the seller one time at the very beginning of the process. We walked through the home, I helped her with details of how to prep to sell, and we discussed the listing process in depth. That was the only time I saw her face to face. She moved to another state and we were able to do the rest of the process electronically. She did not need to return for closing because the title company worked with her to be able to close remotely.   If you are moving across the state or across the country, I can work with you to have a smooth process from start to finish. I am able to arrange contractors as needed and check in on the house while you are away.
