Hey.. I need your help! Looking at this site I'm looking to revamp it but it can't be like the old welcome service. What do I do?

As many people that look at this site I can't believe that someone that has been in real estate or advertising or something of the like that knows people in business around the city and they only want to work a few hours a week, 10-3 of the day and deliver new residents and make 50% of the gross income for the business! If you know somebody let me know! I need them! Would love to have them! Make no mistake this is the kind of job that is long-term commitment that someone wants to do very part-time but you know from November to February you're done you don't have to do anything. Just looking for someone that can help me!
