I’ve come a long way in the last two years when it comes to listing appointments.
To be honest, they used to make me incredibly nervous. Sitting across from someone and asking them to trust me with one of their biggest financial assets felt like a huge responsibility-because it is. Even today, I never take that trust lightly.
When sellers hire me, they’re investing a significant portion of their proceeds into my services, and I take that very personally. That’s why I reinvest so much back into marketing their home and creating as much exposure as possible. Social media marketing, targeted advertising, mailers, open houses, professional photography and videography, and more all play a role in getting their home in front of the right buyers.
But I’m still a little “old school” at heart. I believe communication matters. A lot.
My sellers don’t just get a CMA, net sheet, and professional seller’s guide. They get hard copies of all the paperwork, a detailed checklist of their “homework” before listing, and a marketing calendar that outlines exactly what to expect during the first month on the market-including scheduled open houses, marketing plans, and expectations from me as their agent.
Am I perfect? Not even close.
But I am constantly learning, growing, and finding ways to serve my clients better. More than anything, I want my clients to feel informed, supported, and genuinely taken care of throughout the process.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling, I would be honored to help.
