One thing I’ve learned in real estate is you have to celebrate the wins, big or small, because every one of them represents someone trusting you with a big decision. I’m really grateful for the amazing clients who made February a great month. Just to clarify, I didn’t make a million dollars in February 😂 but I did have the privilege of helping people buy and sell over a million dollars in real estate. This recognition really belongs to my clients. Thank you to everyone who trusted me to help you buy or sell your home, and to those who sent friends and family my way. That trust means a lot to me. A lot of people assume real estate slows down in the winter, but it can actually be a great time to make a move. There’s usually less competition for sellers, and the buyers who are out looking this time of year tend to be pretty motivated, which made for some great opportunities last month.

Almost two years ago, my real estate career was just beginning — and we were stepping right into a challenging market. One of the first things I learned was that nationally, there’s an 87% burnout rate for new agents within their first year.

Well… I made it. 🎉

And unlike my past career, public opinion does matter here (LOL) — from Zillow and Google reviews to broker recognition, every win is worth celebrating. I’ve had to train myself to pause and appreciate those victories, big or small.

This month was extra special: I had the privilege of helping two first-time homebuyers find their dream homes, and I closed on a property with clients I only met because I knocked on their door one day, hoping for an opportunity.

Grateful for the journey, the people I’ve met, and the trust my clients put in me. Here’s to what’s ahead.
