We brought this one home using a reverse offer, a strategy where the seller takes the lead and presents the terms to the buyer. It’s not something you see every day, but when a buyer is interested and just needs that little nudge, it can make all the difference.

Every home sale has its own story, and this one meant so much because my sellers had already made a big move out of state. Carrying two homes is a lot of stress on anyone, and getting this sold lifts a huge weight off their shoulders. Now they can finally take a deep breath, settle in, and truly start their new life in their new state. 🧡🏡

So incredibly happy for them.. creativity, communication, and a little outside-the-box thinking brought this one together! 🌟

Thank you Anthem Title for another smooth closing. I got to my office today to two congrats cards(4 under 40) in my mailbox.. Anthem being one of them. Means SO MUCH to me!! Being able to get to know and work with amazing humans just brightens my day so much!! ❤️❤️ This closing was one for the books!!
