We closed on Nancy’s new home here in South Dakota! 🎉🏡

I had the honor of helping Nancy make the move all the way from Nevada to be closer to family here in SD — and the best part? She’s in my neighborhood!🥹

I’m so thankful to my neighbors for sending Nancy my way, and even more thankful that real estate gave me the chance to help her with such a big move AND keep her in my life. This is truly the best part of what I get to do!

And a HUGE shoutout to Megan Hinker - Mortgage Banker/Team Lead, NMLS #2493407 ! Out-of-state closings can have a few extra moving pieces, but Megan did everything she could to make sure we got to the closing table! She was on top of every detail, worked through all the little hiccups, and never stopped pushing to get it done. So thankful we had you in our corner for this one!

The dream team, baby!

I have been extremely MIA over here…

The past few months have been busy soaking up summer with friends and family, and apparently forgetting to post anything on here.☀️

Back in June, I celebrated my one year in real estate! I can’t believe it’s already been a year. It has been a crazy year of learning on the go and taking it all in. Thankful for Casey Hatch Keller Williams Realty Sioux Falls, who has been the most incredible mentor and partner this past year. I’m so grateful for all of the people who have trusted me, referred me, supported me, and made this first year so worth it!

And the sweetest Keller gals surprised me with the most thoughtful candle… that smells like my favorite drink. They know me too well!

Feeling very grateful for year one and excited for year two!

I've been a little quiet on social media lately because it's been busy over here—and I'm so thankful for that!

Yesterday, my clients officially closed on their new home in Harrisburg after making the move from Rock Valley, IA. This transaction had a few twists and turns, which was a great reminder of how important it is to have a knowledgeable lender on your side. Thankfully, we were able to get everything across the finish line, and I couldn't be more excited for them to start their next chapter in their new home!

Tomorrow, I'll be hosting an open house with Megan Hinker, Mortgage Banker at Plains Commerce Bank (NMLS #2493407).

This beautiful home features a 3-stall garage and comes with a $750 one-year home warranty!

Whether you're actively looking, thinking about buying in the future, or just have questions about real estate or financing, stop by and say hello. We'd love to help!

Thank you to everyone who continues to trust and support my business!

This beauty is officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🏡✨

After a little searching, we found the one that just felt right.

These buyers were referred to me by a past client (the highest compliment!), and it was such an honor helping them find the right home here in Sioux Falls during her residency. So excited for this next chapter for them! ❤️
